Mulai pakai pembersih wajah ini sejak tahun 2004, atas resep dari dokter kulit di RS Pondok Indah. Kebetulan waktu itu keluhan saya, kulit muka sering terkelupas dan ternyata ketauan kalau kulit muka saya kena eksim bayi...(serem yak namanya...hehehe) which kata dokternya udah bawaan dari bayi dan nggak akan bisa hilang. That’s why kulit muka saya kadang-kadang sering terkelupas seperti ganti kulit, walaupun nggak parah, tapi agak mengganggu juga karena saya harus sering2 ngolesin krim pelembab ke kulit yang terkelupas.

Produk ini 100% tidak mengandung sabun, dan kadar pH-nya 5,5 aja. Di wajah juga terasa enak banget kalau habis cuci muka. Untuk ukuran pembersih wajah yang dipakai harian, harganya relatiflah....nggak bisa dibilang murah, tapi nggak terlalu mahal juga, karena irit banget kok pemakaiannya. Satu tetes sebesar ujung kelingking aja udah total bersihin wajah. Kalau dipakai mandi, nah...baru deh jatuhnya mahal.....karena pembersih ini memang bisa juga dipakai sebagai sabun mandi cair.

There are several types of basic brushes in this product such as Face & Body Brush, Retractable Blusher Brush, Blusher Brush, Foundation Brush, Smudger Brush, Slanted Brush, Eyeshadow Brush, Eyeshadow Blender, Rectractable Lip Brush, Lipstick / Concealer, Line Softener and Eye & Lash Comb. I collect them all, using it everyday and satisfied.

The Body Shop calling it as their award winning make-up brushes, of which they are justifiably proud, are made without using a single animal hair. And I do believe. This product is excellent. The Body Shop use recycled aluminium on their handle. The brush design is very ergonomic. Their handle is so unique, slim in the middle and chubby at the end. Very comfortable and easy on my hand. The brush its self just silky-soft on my skin. It doesn’t scratch my skin at all and very easy to blend.

Why I rate this product with only 4 stars? Because the packaging. Most of them don’t have a cap to cover the brush. Only Retractable Blusher Brush and Rectractable Lip Brush come with a good pacakage so they easily keep at my cosmetic bag.

Setelah si Mbak kembali dari liburan di kampungnya, giliran saya untuk memanjakan diri. Diputuskan untuk mengambil paket di Bale-bale Antasari. Kenapa disini? Karena sebelumnya udah pernah kesini juga dan servicenya cukup oke, disamping itu ditambah juga dengan lokasinya yang strategis di pinggir Jln Raya Antasari, harganya yang reasonable & suasana tempatnya yang nyaman. Ladies only juga, jadi nggak merasa rikuh kalau sedang berkeliaran di dalam dengan menggunakan kemben...;)

Bale-bale menyediakan service satuan dan service dalam bentuk paket, mulai paket A-1 sampai paket E. Range harganya untuk satuan mulai dari Rp3500 sampai Rp160.000. Untuk paket, mulai dari Rp180.000 sampai dengan Rp375.000. Selain itu ada juga paket pengantin, yang berlaku selama 3 bulan sejak kita mendaftarkan diri. Untuk memanjakan diri rame-rame bareng sahabat juga bisa kok, ada paviliun khusus yang bisa kita booking.

Paket yang saya ambil Sabtu kemarin adalah paket B-2 yang terdiri dari lulur/body scrub, mandi susu/bubble bath, aromatherapy massage, creambath & semi hairblow. Diluar paket itu, saya nambah totok wajah komplit pakai masker & ekstra body massage selama 30 menit. Paket ini sudah cukup lumayan untuk membalas dendam atas remuk redamnya badan saya selama ditinggal si Mbak pulang kampung selama 2 minggu...hehehe.....

Perawatan dimulai jam 08.30 dengan lulur green tea, yang ngelulur namanya Mbak Tum. Kira-kira 1 jam, dilanjutkan dengan bubble bath sekaligus bilas yang lamanya 20 menit. Lanjut lagi dengan aromatherapy massage, saya pilih Frangipani oil untuk perawatan ini, wanginya wangi bunga yang enak banget ditambah pijatan Mbak Tum yang oke banget walhasil tertidurlah saya dengan sukses pada sessi pijat ini. Sambil dipijat, wajah saya ditotok oleh Mbak Yuni. Sama nih dengan Mbak Tum, pijatannya di wajah juga enak banget. Selesai totok, wajah dilulur dengan masker bengkoang. Setelah massage & totok wajah selesai, dilanjutkan dengan creambath kemiri diakhiri dengan semi hair blow alias blow setengah kering. Total jendral saya menghabiskan waktu hampir 5 jam di Bale-bale. Lama tapi puasss....

Kenapa cuma bintang 4? 1. Kuku-kuku Mbak-mbak yang mijet agak panjang, jadi terasa agak sakit kalau kena langsung di kulit, 2. Waktu bubble bath, air yang disiapkan di bath tub panas banget, jadi nggak bisa langsung berendam, mesti nambahin air dingin dulu, 3. Degung Sundanya nggak terdengar ke lantai 2, padahal itu menambah suasana relax lho buat saya, 4. Mbak yang ngeblow saya nggak tau kalau semi blow udah masuk di paket jadi saya disuruh bayar lagi yang akhirnya sih dibatalin karena ternyata memang udah termasuk di paket.

Overall, layak dikunjungi kok tempat ini. Selain di Antasari, Bale-bale juga ada di Perumahan Taman Gandaria Blok C 16-17, Trlp 7253326 – 7244203. Kata Mbak Tum sih, yang di Gandaria ini jauh lebih besar tempatnya dibanding yang di Antasari. Kalau mau ambil paket perawatan di weekend, better make reservation first. Biasanya rame banget.

This night cream is very thick and creamy, would probably work for anyone else who has very dry skin like me.
It works perfectly on my face, moisturize and make my dry skin feels smooth…..ehm…;)
I've been trying to find another product but I don't find such a very creamy moisturizer like this, even the expensive brand.
